Diary of a Nobody

Andrew Davies' adaptation of George and Weedon Grossmith's novel about the diary of archetypal 'little man' Charles Pooter - endearing, yet obsessed with his own importance. In the rollercoaster lead up to Christmas, Pooter suffers embarrassment in the card shop, receives an insulting Christmas card and a punch in the head at a rather raucous evening with the Holloway Comedians. Lupin falls in and out of love with Daisy Mutler, and both father and son receive some very good news.
