All over Wales, homeowners are being encouraged to make their properties more energy efficient with cavity wall insulation. Whilst many homes benefit from this process, X-Ray has received dozens of complaints from viewers whose homes have been blighted by severe damp, mould and other problems after the installation of cavity wall insulation. Reporter Rachel Treadaway-Williams meets industry insiders who are so concerned about the way surveys and installations are carried out they've decided to speak out about their experiences.
