Two Anglesey-based charities faced losing hundreds of pounds each when they decided to stage world record-breaking attempts to raise much-needed funds. Rachel Treadaway-Williams visits Riding for the Disabled Anglesey, and Ysgol y Bont, a school for children with special needs. Both organisations were dismayed when the Guinness World Records organisation refused to sanction their record breaking efforts, and kept the money they'd paid to fast track their application. It seemed all was lost, until X-Ray stepped in. Lucy visits Pontypridd to find out if people there know how to treat a puncture wound, and paramedic Darren Panniers demonstrates what to do if you're faced with this common accident. Well-known actress Margaret John tackles two issues which really annoy her - cold calls and junk mail, with the help of X-Ray viewer Robin Croft, who has made it his mission to eliminate nuisance calls and post from his life. Rhodri's back with the residents of Portland Street. Military fitness trainer Dom Pascoe meets some very reluctant recruits. Will he be able to persuade them that running in the mud can be fun?
