Ken Thorne's family-run car empire was once a successful South Wales business. But seven years ago it closed its doors overnight, owing millions of pounds to angry customers and suppliers. Now two of Ken Thorne's sons have been found guilty of fraud and theft. Reporter Rachel Treadaway-Williams finds out what was really going on behind the scenes of the Ken Thorne empire. The challenge has begun in Abertillery and Rhodri's back in Portland Street to help the residents adopt a healthier diet. Nurse Jackie Jones works shifts and relies on convenience food, whilst Joanne Beynon struggles to feed five kids on a limited budget. But they haven't realised that help is close at hand - until Rhodri introduces them to their neighbour, Angela Phillips. She works in a healthy eating cafe, but can she persuade her neighbours to follow her advice? She's happy as a single girl, but with Valentine's Day on the horizon, writer and broadcaster Carolyn Hitt decides to give internet dating a try. She gets advice on how to write a profile that'll attract Mr Right, and discovers from one Swansea couple that placing an ad online can lead to love and marriage. But will Carolyn find her prince? Lucy visits North Wales to discover what you should do if someone faints. She'll be asking the people of Rhyl what they would do, and Vicky Dowell at the St John's Ambulance Centre in Wrexham will be on hand to dispel the common myths surrounding this emergency and to provide advice on how best to treat the patient.
