Often sold as plant food or scientific specimens in a bid to exploit a loophole in the law, many of the legal highs on sale in Wales sound harmless. The legal tag makes many consumers believe they're safe, but shops are prohibited from selling them for human consumption. Rachel Treadaway-Williams investigates the Welsh shops breaking the law by selling these drugs on the High Street. Rhodri Owen sets the residents of Portland Street, Abertillery, a challenge. With the help of diet, fitness and smoking experts, he wants to help them become fitter and healthier by the spring. The residents undergo a health check and tell us what they'd like to achieve.
