But now a new breed of company is emerging, intent on charging people a hefty fee and a big cut of any refund for helping them reclaim their PPI. The Ministry of Justice has issued a strict code of conduct to govern the actions of claims management companies, but Rachel Treadaway-Williams investigates Swansea based money claiming experts who appear to be breaking the rules.
