More than half of all cases of identity fraud committed last year involved current address fraud, which exploits the Royal Mail's redirection service. Our investigative reporter Rachel Treadaway-Williams meets Sharon Hamer from Merthyr Tydfil, who found her credit record destroyed after her mail was redirected by fraudsters. Rachel also meets former policeman Ken Perritt who managed to spot the scam early on. Even so, it's taken him months to undo the fraudsters' work and sort out his finances. Travel expert Simon Calder gives his hot tips on where to go and where to avoid this summer. With Greece facing financial crisis, a massive oil spill off the coast of the USA, and volcanic ash disrupting flights, is there a safe bet for a happy holiday? On the High Street in Heol-y-Cyw this week the Powson family and the Lloyds are finding out how to save energy. The Lloyds leave everything on standby, and the Powson family even leave the TV on for the dogs, so will Esther Tallent from the Energy Saving Trust be able to persuade them to mend their ways and save some money? In this week's Story of Survival, we hear how the Fisher family from Connahs Quay survived the fire that destroyed their house. Lucy experiences at first hand the damage a chip pan fire can cause and discovers what to do if the worst should happen to your home.
