More than half of all cases of identity fraud committed last year involved current address fraud, which exploits the Royal Mail's redirection service. Our investigative reporter Rachel Treadaway-Williams meets Sharon Hamer from Merthyr Tydfil, who found her credit record destroyed after her mail was redirected by fraudsters. Rachel also meets former policeman Ken Perritt who managed to spot the scam early on. Even so, it's taken him months to undo the fraudsters' work and sort out his finances.
