The programme meets the Job Hunters - Swansea residents all keen to improve their chances of getting a job. Six individuals who are desperate to find employment will spend twelve weeks learning how to make the best use of their skills, increase their confidence and come across well on paper and in an interview. Rhodri Owen introduces the six to expert help from Nigel Roberts, MD of an interior design company and Aimee Bateman, who runs a recruitment consultancy. From 54-year-old AlanGoss to 18-year-old Dwayne Landeg, they'll all get an honest assessment of how employable they are, and sustained help to improve their chances. Lucy Owen is back with her Stories of Survival, hearing the horrifying tale of how Colin Williams's house was struck by lightening last year. She meets Peter Cornall from ROSPA who tell her how to guard your property, and yourself, against lightening strike. And over the next three months Rachel Treadaway-Williams investigates the consumer issues which concern viewers, including the latest scam targeting holiday club customers, and a group of home owners in Pontypool who face a bill for half-a-million pounds from a property management company.
