He thought he'd spotted a great bargain on a car sales website - and a secure way to pay for it. Now his three and a half thousand pounds has disappeared, but his new car still hasn't turned up. Rachel Treadaway-Williams discovers how internet con artists are hiding behind an ancient method of payment.
