Mike and Avril Perry had plans to build their dream home on a plot of land they'd bought in Pembrokeshire. However, Mike then had a serious accident and the couple had to rethink. They put their building plot up for sale with a local estate agent, but after months of waiting for a sale, eventually found their own private buyer. Rachel Treadaway-Williams finds out how the couple turned consumer champion to fight their estate agents through the courts. Lucy meets a Barry family who are £6,000 out of pocket after a widely used currency exchange company went into administration, and the mother of a bride whose wedding car let her down.
