With Jenni Murray. Including life after 'Girlpower' - Jenni talks to Melanie C, known to a whole generation as Sporty Spice. As one fifth of the Spice Girls, she was part of the group that burst on to the music scene in the mid-nineties with nine number one singles. Since then, Melanie has gone on to have a successful solo career; earlier in 2009 she became a mother for the first time and now she is joining the cast of Willy Russell's hit West End musical Blood Brothers. A recent report on breast reconstruction claimed that fewer than half of patients were offered the chance to have reconstructive surgery immediately after a mastectomy. A leading surgeon has said that not enough focus is given to the appearance of breasts after surgery and that a deformed breast should not be an acceptable result of surgery. But many patients don't know their options in this area, and not all surgeons are trained to carry out these procedures. Woman's Hour asks what can be done to raise awareness among both doctors and patients. And Sexism in the City! The Treasury Committee has been looking at how women are treated in the City of London and other high financial businesses. Jenni asks how prevalent the sexual harassment and exploitation of women in the City is and also discussing maternity rights and how they impact on women's success at work.
