A new book by Professor Donna Dickenson examines the growth in what she calls 'body shopping'. Historian Helen Fry joins Sheila to talk about her biography Music & Men: The Life and Loves of Harriet Cohen. At this year's Kilnsey Show in the Yorkshire Dales the Uplands Farming Initiative highlighted the work of the hill farm women: the farmer's wives and daughters who have turned their hands to businesses that are enabling families to hang on to their farms. Jill Hopkins went to the Show to meet some of the women. The latest dating websites treat cultural tastes as if they are an insight into our very beings, but plenty of couples survive decades without any common enthusiasms.
