Jane talks to Maggie Mellon of Children First, the Royal Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, and Katie Grant, journalist with the Scottish Daily Mail. Jane talks to Christine Lalumia, art historian and deputy director of the Geffrye Museum, whose new exhibition Choosing the Chintz looks at the relationship that men have had with the look and feel of their homes. Drummer Crissy Lee joins Jane to talk about her career and the challenges facing female drummers. For the first time, a woman's image is going to be put on a Turkish banknote. However, there is some controversy over the choice of Fatma Aliye, Turkey's first female novelist. Jane discusses the choice with Yasmin Congar, political correspondent for the Turkish daily Taraf.
