With Jenni Murray. Including: More than half of voters in the UK believe women should be banned from wearing the burka in public, and this is a sentiment echoed across Europe. As part of Woman's Hour's Winning Women's Votes series, Jenni speaks to Nigel Farage from UKIP and Salma Yaqoob from Respect about why they think the burka has become such a divisive symbol. Six years ago Zoe Margolis decided to turn the intimate details of her sex life into an online blog under the name of Abby Lee. The blog became a popular forum for frank, female-centred discussion about everything from masturbation to the politics of dating. But following the publication of a book, Zoe's true identity was revealed by a national paper and she was forced to reveal her secret life. So how did her family and friends - not to mention her numerous lovers - respond to the news that the woman they thought they knew was actually the Girl with a One Track Mind? Angela Huth captured the public imagination in the nineties with her novel Land Girls, a story inspired by the women who did their patriotic duty by working as farm labourers during the Second World War. It was later made into film starring Anna Friel and Rachel Wiesz. Jenni finds out why Angela has now been inspired to write the sequel, Once a Land Girl, in which she reveals how the original characters fared after the war ended, when they handed over their pitchforks and put on their pinnies. We also discuss how to deal with dying with Jane Tewson and Tony Walter, who runs a masters course in death and society at the University of Bath.
