Wingin' It - Big Hairy Deal

Live action comedy. Porter Jackson is a 16-year-old angel in training. He is very definitely cool and full of confidence. But he has already been in trouble a few times due to his fondness for practical jokes. Down on Earth, Carl Montclaire couldn't be more different. At 15, he has been going through a spate of bad luck, which seems to have lasted for 15 years. For Carl, anything that can go wrong generally will go wrong. Porter has been issued with a challenge. In order to become a full angel, he must make Carl the most popular kid at Bennett High. But it's a tall order, because Carl doesn't want Porter meddling in his life. And sometimes Porter's angel magic needs a little more practice. After Carl boasts that he can handle maturity, Porter gives him a beard, but it turns out that magic beards last a whole week. Before Carl knows it, he has been mistaken for Bennett High's substitute math teacher Mr Becker. After a rocky start, Carl manages to really connect with the kids and everyone loves him. Too bad that all the time Carl is spending as Mr Becker is time that Carl is missing class.
