World champion free diver Tanya Streeter visits the Galapagos Islands to discover how aquatic performance has evolved since the time of the dinosaurs. She encounters a flightless cormorant, a bunch of tiny penguins, sea lions and primitive lizards and turtles that can hold their breath for hours at a time.
