Documentary series filmed over a year, following the stories of people living in and around Llanelli. This once-mighty industrial town struggles to survive the chill winds of recession. After 12 years, Pembrey Airport finally welcomes its first charter flight. For cab driver Paul, it's the end of the line at the bankruptcy court, but will he be allowed to keep his taxi? And just before Christmas, as local man Carlo struggles to get a roof over his head, the rest of the town enjoy Carnival Night - Llanelli's biggest celebration of the year.
