The adventures of Corneil, a super-intelligent dog who hides his genius until Bernie the dog-sitter finds out his secret. Bernie's school principal confiscates a video tape from him which shows Corneil talking. They must get the tape back at all costs. But Bernie's not telling Corneil everything that's going on.
