Another British family is given the chance to sample what life would be like if they moved to the other side of the world. Simon Wells lives near Brighton and wants to move his family and ice-cream business to Australia. He's already sold the family home and is putting everything on emigrating. However, his wife Kerry and their two children are reluctant to move. Will a week in Brisbane make Simon's gamble pay off or will he be forced to return home and give up his dream?
