When they were last on the show, newly-weds Ruth and Adam Fox were considering a move to Cairns, near the Great Barrier Reef, where Ruth hoped to find work using her marine biology degree. When they arrived, she discovered research work would be hard to come by, though Adam could easily transfer his skills as an electrician.
