Waking the Dead - Series 5 - Straw Dog - Part 1

Police drama series based around cold cases. Grace, a forensic profiler who assisted in the arrest and conviction of a man for the murder and mutilation of young men is called to give evidence at his appeal 30 years later. At the same time someone appears to be copying the murderer's modus operandum by sending a jar of pickled severed fingers to Grace at the CCHQ. The new torturer promises that the victim will be murdered unless Grace admits that she was wrong about the original killer.
