Key players in the construction industry are calling on the government to bring in more incentives to tackle CO2 emissions in the property sector. We talk to David Johnston, lawyer from Berwin Leighton Paisner and author of a report into this. The think-tank the Institute of Public Policy Research says as much as £100m could be generated by community buildings if they were to use solar panels. We ask Reg Platt, a researcher at the IPPR, which buildings have the most potential.
