Iain Duncan Smith is expected to set out the future of welfare reform to the Conservative party conference later. This comes after George Osborne's announcement on Monday about changes to the benefits system. We speak to Ed Holmes, a welfare specialist and research fellow at the Policy Exchange, and Rachel Hadwen, rights advisor for the charity Working Families. 13,000 customers could lose their money after the exchange business, Crown Currency Exchange, appointed administrators yesterday. We speak to our reporter Philipa Busby, who has been investigating the matter. Householders in Oxfordshire will be cooking and heating their homes with renewable gas made from sewage, in a joint scheme between British Gas, Thames Water and Scotia Gas Networks.
