Vernon Kay - 24/04/2010 - Triathlon training

Saturday saw a lot of muscle in the studio as Vernon was joined by his personal trainer James and Gordon Smart from the Sun. They're running the Triathlon in August and swapped advice with listeners and some showbiz friends about sixpacks and flabby bellies! Ricky Whittle from Hollyoaks and the legendary runner & BBC presenter Steve Cram rang in ahead of running the London Marathon. Vernon even got Steve to volunteer to take them running really soon - Steve threatened to bring Paula Radcliffe along too! We also spoke to Pete Tong who'd been up all night celebrating the 500th act to record an Essential Mix. We played a mini version of his first ever Essential Mix and had a mini rave in the studio!
