Subtly scripted and directed drama about the attempt by two strangers to maintain a purely sexual relationship. Having met through a personal ads column, a man and a woman embark on what is intended to be an erotic but impersonal affair. But while they do not exchange names, and reveal nothing extraneous about one another's lives, they soon realise the difficulty in separating one form of intimacy from another.
