Following a mix of schoolgirl mums and dads from varied backgrounds, the teens tell their own story of how their lives are transformed from pregnancy to birth and life with a baby. As well as sharing their hopes and fears, viewers will see how the pregnancy affects the rest of their world, from relationships with partners, friends and family to the impact on their education, body image and social life. 15-year-old Cacherrah and 16-year-old Chenice became best friends when they were both expelled from school and went to a pupil referral unit. But the similiarites don't end there - both will soon be teenage parents, as Cacherrah is mum to four-month-old Malakai, Chenice is a mum-to-be and both will be coping on their own. Cacherrah is still with the father of her child, 17-year-old Jehrique, but her mum lives with her boyfriend and her dad lives 40 miles away. How will she juggle motherhood with the mounting pressure of her mock GCSEs? Chenice is six months pregnant and the father of her child doesn't believe the baby is his. Facing life as a single mum she turns to Cacherrah for support. Armed with her birthing video and months of experience, Cacherrah is on hand to prepare her friend for what lies ahead.
