Gary Lineker introduces live coverage of the Group C encounter between the Netherlands and France in Berne. It has been 28 years since the Dutch failed to advance from the group stage of a major tournament and, having won their opening game against world champions Italy in great style, they look favourites to win Group C. France, however, struggled against Romania in their opening game and could only manage a draw. Since winning the 1998 World Cup and Euro 2000 the French have been inconsistent - failing dramatically in Euro 2004 but reaching the final of the 2006 World Cup - yet they usually raise their game against quality opposition.
