Turning the Tide - Episode 1

Jamie Owen embarks on his most difficult journey ever - teaming up with six young people in the hope of transforming them into a crack sailing crew and, in the process, turn the tide on their dysfunctional lives. Jamie enlists the help of a young people's charity and steps firmly out of his comfort zone with some intensive bonding and team building including a week in a tent and a disastrous attempt at building a raft.
