Traffic Cops - Under Fire

Documentary series about British traffic police, narrated by Jamie Theakston. It's Guy Fawkes Night, and fireworks are going off all over Grimsby leaving the emergency services 'under fire'. As a deliberately-set fire blazes, resentment towards the authorities boils over into angry confrontation on a Grimsby housing estate.
