Animation. It's carnival time in Rio and the Hamilton Circus is there to add a little fun to the carnival. The carnival director, Don Alfonso Abraxas, is an old friend of Mrs Hamilton - and the target of Carter's latest evil plan. Tom is on hand to try and stop him.
