Tonight, the Home Secretary announces a review of all air cargo security - following last week's discovery of explosives aboard a plane at East Midlands airport. She tells MPs: "we are in a constant battle with the terrorists": David Cameron says the European Union has taken a "big step forward" in dealing with its budget - thanks to the intervention of the UK and its allies. The Prime Minister was reporting back to the Commons on last week's EU Summit. He hailed his achievement in limiting the size of the budget increase - but the Labour Leader, Ed Miliband, thought he'd caved in to other members.
