Documentary series. Ten years after devolution, Gwynn Pritchard returns to three Welsh locations where he filmed 30 years ago. His original filming coincided with the first referendum of March 1979, when almost 80 per cent of Welsh voters rejected devolution. How have things changed since then, and what do these changes tell us about Wales today? In this episode, he returns to Merthyr Tydfil, a town he last filmed in the grips of post-industrial depression.
