Documentary about life on a Lewisham estate. With the Tower now fully occupied, it's a time of new beginnings for the new residents, including 27-year-old millionaire property developer Guy Bullerwell, but the end of an era for longstanding Deptford locals such as retired gangster Harry Hayward. Meanwhile, Lol Gilbert faces up to the prospect of a life of drug abuse without his friend Nicky, but Nicky has one last surprise for him.
