Victor Volt and Anita Knight are the top two agents in a secret organisation called UZZ, protecting the world against the evil forces of THEM. Helsinki Man is trying to kill Victor and Anita. He throws them from a plane, fires them from a cannon and feeds them to a giant sea monster. What is his problem? Can Victor and Anita discover why he is after them?
