Bob Harris concludes the story of the Rolling Stones with the feud between Mick and Keith getting worse. In early 1980's, the group reconvened and decided to tour the US that year, leaving little time to write and record a new album, as well as rehearsel for the tour. That year's resulting album, Tattoo You features 'Start Me Up' and 'Emotional Rescue'. The touring juggarnaut continued in the 80s with their Steal Wheels tour making the group 70 million dollars. Whilst the Stones in the 80s went on to make millions of pounds and become the commerical vehicle that they are now known for, their musical output began to dry out with much of their best work behind them. The money, fame and age disconnected them from what they were about in the 60s.
