Amateur cooks compete for the opportunity to go into business with distinguished chef and restaurateur Raymond Blanc. Unhappy customers are not an option for Raymond, so he invites back the least satisfied customers from the couples' previous weeks of service. Not only that, he adds some customers that require very special care, but only tells the restaurants this when it is time for them to take their bookings. Even at short notice he still wants the couples to delight these tricky customers with some special ideas in the hope they will return and boost the restaurants' businesses. But the result is packed restaurants and frustrated customers. Raymond sends in his inspectors and they report back. When questions are asked it becomes clear even more unhappy customers have been created than before and he is definitely not pleased.
