Each couple returns to their restaurant to find a hint of what's in store. Raymond wants them to adjust their menus to include the national cuisine of a foreign country, while maintaining their own concept and identity. And to test whether they get it right he is sending each restaurant a group of nationals from the country in question. One couple have to add a bit of South American zip to their British food. Another has to find inspiration from Scandinavia and decide to serve reindeer to their boisterous customers. There is even a couple who find themselves cooking food from Raymond's native country - France. But for one couple, this week is the last straw. Raymond's inspectors arrive to sample the international cuisine, but the harshest judges this week are the visiting nationals. Afterwards the inspectors and Raymond quiz the couples - three end up facing the challenge and the prospect of losing their restaurant.
