The Restaurant - Series 2 - Airline Food

This week six couples are left to battle it out to become Raymond Blanc's business partner. The dream of running their own restaurant is getting closer, but for one couple this challenge ends all that. On board international flights First Class food is fine dining at 35,000 feet. Raymond has persuaded an airline to let him have a jumbo jet for the three couples to serve passengers the best food they can muster. For one couple this is the second time facing a challenge and they are up against two really tough opponents. Airlines run like clockwork and the couples find the pressure intense as they battle to get their food onto the plates and keep the cabin service sky high. Based on the couples' performance in the galley and how they've run their restaurants so far, Raymond will bring one couple down to earth to close their restaurant for good.
