A profile of one of the most successful British production and song-writing teams of the late Eighties and early Nineties – Stock, Aitken & Waterman. Presenters Richard Allinson and Steve Levine tell the trio's story and assert their position as major contributors to the sound of pure British pop. Modelled on Motown's Hit Factory of the Sixties, Stock, Aitken & Waterman produced a seemingly endless stream of hits for Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, Rick Astley, Sonia and Mel & Kim. They also brought continued chart success to Bananarama and reignited the career of Donna Summer, amongst others.
