So the Ulster Defence Association, the UDA, is expected to announce that it has completed the decommissioning of its weapons. It's understood that the leadership of the largest loyalist paramilitary group put its weapons beyond use in recent weeks. Should they be congratulated or were they forced into it by the Government's February deadline to give up their guns?
