Claudia Winkleman rounds up the week's arts and entertainment action with top guests and great tunes for a fantastic Friday night in. Joining her is the genius behind Britpoppers The Auteurs, Luke Haines. Their debut album New Wave was released in 1993 and Luke Haines later claimed it was the start of the Britpop movement. In his memoir of this most significant musical era, Bad Vibes: Britpop and My Part in Its Downfall, he derides the efforts of Britpop greats Oasis, Suede and Blur, and questions the value of the whole Britpop movement. Plus, Claudia previews the Golden Globes, and talks photography with critic Sue Steward.
