In the penultimate studio show, the remaining ten contenders are put through their paces by Jamie Theakston, Kate Garraway, Myleene Klass and William G Stewart. Rounds including Only the Strong Survive and Brain Chain see one contender through to the Final Round. The finalist then selects another contestant to go head-to-head with in Do or Die. The winner earns a guaranteed place in the Grand Final, but the loser is out of the contest for good.
