This week, Mike Harding looks ahead to Radio 2's forthcoming documentary The Ballad Of The Miners' Strike with an hour of folk, roots and acoustic music on the theme of coal and the mining life. Mike also plays an excerpt from The Ballad Of The Miners' Strike, which revisits the bitter dispute in words and specially-commissioned song and will be broadcast on BBC Radio 2 on Tuesday 2 March 2010.
