'Mu' or DJ Fitch, band leader and producer from one of New Zealand's greatest exports, the soul and reggae collective Fat Freddy's Drop chats to Liz on the phone. As the band hit the UK for some tour dates promoting their new live DVD 'Live At The Roundhouse'. Liz is also joined by new King of Americana Matthew Houck whose band Phosphorescent has been heaped with accolades this year with their release of their 4th album 'Here's To Taking It Easy' on Dead Oceans. Liz talks to Matthew about their shared love of Joe Tex and Neil Young, his upbringing in Alabama and the country music he grew up with.
