Series which follows the Hairy Bikers as they visit a different British county in every episode, sampling the best of local ingredients and meeting the people keeping culinary traditions alive. Si King and Dave Myers explore North Yorkshire, where they cook a traditional county favourite in Scarborough. They select the finest catch from Whitby Harbour and discover the regional speciality, Black Porkies.
