Two more families compete in this semi-final round of the contest to find Britain's Best Cooking Family. On the menu today: a 7 Minute Supper of sweet and sour chicken with fried rice which viewers can cook along to at home; fashion designer Ben de Lisi's Swiss chard stuffed bread and Si and Dave's aubergine wrapped lamb sausages.
