Dougie Donnelly presents action from Scotland's premier road race. Amid the beautiful surroundings of Holyrood Park, in the shadow of the Scottish Parliament, the route takes in the sights of the capital city. It passes Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile before crossing the forecourt of Holyrood Palace and the finish line. After a record turnout last year, the race will see a strong men's field headed by Kenya's Edwin Soi, a bronze medallist in the Olympic 5000 metre event. The women's race features Britain's Liz Yelling - her first big race after having a baby. Commentary comes from Stuart Storey and Tim Hutchings.
