The Gemma Factor - Episode 3

Yorkshire lass Gemma Collinge wants to be famous and hounded by the world's press by the time she turns 21. Six weeks to go and her dream inches closer when Halifax agent Kenny Grantham invites her in for a chat. Personal stylist Jeff goes into overdrive whilst Nell questions the validity of her friend's vacuous pursuit for megastardom. But nothing can stand in Gemma's way; not her job, her protesting Nana or her lack of talent - this is it! Or so Gemma thinks... until she discovers one very big, very serious problem. Gemma's bid for international stardom takes a giant leap forward when Kenny asks her and Jeff to promote Disco Figs sweets during Nell's charity run. Gemma is delighted with her costume but Jeff is really upset as he has a rubbish outfit and a crazy stalker. Neither of them realise the Disco Figs contain hallucinogenic properties with terrible side effects.
