Silla Carron has been credited with turning around her London council estate from one of the worst in the city, to one of the best. She's driven out drug dealers, taken on troublemakers and raised more than five million pounds to improve conditions on her Camden estate, earning her the nickname 'the pocket rocket'. Silla's fight to improve the community spirit on the estate continues. She demands action from the council while inspiring the new tenants' group to build a community garden. It seems it has come too late as two of Silla's trusted lieutenants have disappeared.
